62 SPRINGFIELD DRIVE :
Two-storey residential property designed and constructed by A.S construction on unoccupied land. A complex project which involved Thames water pipes/culvert running through the land. Building designed to cantilever over pipes/culvert. The soil conditions at the site were extremely poor resulting in piled foundations with a raft base. Ground floor and above was constructed using traditional masonry walls with timber floors.
