We have an in-house architect and structural engineer and therefore provide our clients services right from the beginning of their projects. We have an established track record in designing and building with a variety of clients, who have awarded us repeated business, as we are totally familiar and aware with the projects.
This in turn reflects the administration costs for our clients if they entered into a design and building partnership arrangement.
